Seeking candidates with 0-2 years of experience in Bench Sales & OPT Recruiter.

Source consultant requirements from Tier-1 vendors, job portals, and employ various networking techniques.

Demonstrate knowledge of USA visa categories.

Effectively submit candidates for suitable positions, diligently follow up on rates, and coordinate client interviews.

Display profound familiarity with job portal searches, including Monster, Career Builder, Dice, and similar platforms.

Showcase the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Attention to detail remains a priority, with the capability to prioritize and organize work effectively.

The ideal candidate will bring high energy, motivation, and self-direction to the team.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
