JOB TITLE: Bench Sales/Recruiter - Freshers

LOCATION: GACHIBOWLI, HYDERABAD

DURATION: FULL TIME (Day1 onsite)

SHIFT TIMINGS: 7:30PM to 4:30AM IST (NIGHT SHIFT)

SATURDAY, SUNDAY FIXED OFF

JOB PROFILE:

• As a trainee, you will be involved in marketing of IT profiles/placements in US market.

• You will receive training /guidance and coaching to qualify as a professional.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.

• Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements and make calls to qualify them for the job.

• Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize them.

• Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

• Candidate should be flexible to work in night shift.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
