Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough skin analysis to determine suitable laser and cosmetic treatments

Administer a range of laser procedures, including but not limited to Hair Reduction

Operate advanced equipment such as LED, Microdermabrasion, Oxygen Infusion, Mesotherapy, and others

Develop personalized treatment plans and conduct ongoing follow-ups with patients

Collect relevant medical histories, maintain records, and uphold high standards of patient documentation

Perform procedures efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude

Address client questions and concerns, providing knowledgeable and approachable guidance

Promote clinic services and products to support clinic growth

Uphold the clinics standards of patient care, with a focus on meeting set financial and service targets

Requirements:

Qualified Laser Therapist/Specialist with 2+ years of experience in cosmetic laser treatments (experience with Diode & Nd:YAG lasers is preferred)

Background in dermatology or cosmetic surgery is advantageous

Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional ethics, a proactive approach, and dedication to patient care

Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of Gujarati is a plus
