We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Professional to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.
Role & responsibilities
Identifying opportunities for new business development through conducting research on target clients and fixing meetings
New business generation by meeting potential clients, discussing the consumer promotion concepts and generating relevant opportunities
Managing end-to-end sales process, starting from researching a client, contacting, nurturing and developing to close new business opportunities
Building strong relationships with all new and existing portfolio of clients to up and cross sell
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
Concept creation and pitch to brands basis TG & Occasions
Create a funnel of potential business opportunities/clients.
Creating concept-based proposals on PPT, pitching to client, negotiating, and closing the business
Achieving Monthly & Annual business targets as per assigned milestones Requirements:
Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare a detailed proposals, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
Preferred candidate profile
Must have Excellent communication skills.
Must have good experience of working on OTT Platforms.
Must have good experience to deal the clients face to face.
Master degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 7 year of relevant experience
An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
