Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, property developers, and brokers.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales, legal, and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Monitor real estate trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automobile and insurance.
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
Must own a vehicle and laptop – travel and onsite client meetings are essential to the role.
Strong local market knowledge and networking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
