We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our facility management services for residential apartments and commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, exceptional lead generation skills, and outstanding negotiation abilities. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the growth of our facility management services in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities in the facility management sector for residential and commercial properties.

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to maximize market share and revenue growth.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Leverage your network to identify and target potential clients, including property owners, managers, residential associations, and commercial property managers.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:

• Utilize your lead generation skills to identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients.

• Effectively convert leads into clients by presenting the value of our facility management services.

4. Pricing and Contract Negotiation:

• Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions with clients to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.

• Collaborate with the pricing team to set pricing strategies.

5. Negotiation Skills:

• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and contracts, balancing client needs with company profitability.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
