Business Development Manager (BDM) - Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement business development strategies and plans.

Identify and negotiate new business opportunities and partnerships.

Lead and mentor the business development team.

Build strategic relationships with high-value clients.

Define and track sales goals and targets.

Monitor market trends and industry developments.

Prepare reports and performance analytics for management.

Ensure budget management and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
