Should be able to deal with stress.

Should be open to working overtime at times when chasing for service by solving the problems.

Should be open to moving to different cities and towns to work. Not focused only on his/her hometown

Should be eager to work with his hands. The job involves a lot of practical demonstrations and that means physical work. The candidate should be willing to get his/her hands dirty while changing tyres, balancing wheels, performing a wheel

alignment, performing some welding work.

A salespersons job involves a lot of travelling and the candidate should have his own

Two-wheeler and be open to travelling a lot
