• Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Freelancer, Up work, O desk, Guru, PPH etc
• To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.
• To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
• To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
• To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
• Manages the sale of Software services with the sole focus of maximizing revenues and profits for Software Services in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
• Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
• Design different marketing strategies and execute.
• Establishing a relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Software services market and proven track record of sales revenue in software services.
• Should be good in presentation skills
• Should have knowledge about IT bidding portals as well bidding.
