Job Overview: The Business Development Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products/services.

Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor the sales pitch.

Present product/service offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-up calls and emails.

Record and track all interactions in the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.

Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve products and services.
