Interview and Recruit new Franchisee s (FCs), development of existing FCs To develop and implement a franchisee expansion strategy, Ensuring an innovative and consistent approach to franchisee recruitment, including advertising; responding to enquiries; processing applications; organizing and delivering information; orientation sessions; interviewing and assessing applicants
Preparation and conduction of Franchise Business Responsible for managing the Franchise expansion list, including defining appropriate market parameters
Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures
Ensure all the paper work for the Franchisee acquired is done including authorized person or sub broker registration.
Visit Franchisee mapped at pre-defined frequency
Make sure all the payouts and other queries of the Franchisee are addressed
Conduct training events for Franchisee and his employees to help the Franchisee to go out and acquire more customers and increase his business.
To continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market development
Responsible for Conducting Pan India Sales.
Task Requires lot of travelling All over India for increasing the road map of Franchises for the Company.
Strictly the candidate should have the background of Retail and Garments Segment .
