Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identifying Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business

opportunities. This involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor

activities to position the company effectively.

 Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,

including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. This is crucial for fostering

trust and collaboration.

 Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve

company objectives and revenue targets. This may involve setting sales goals, forecasting

sales volumes, and developing pricing strategies.

 Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold

calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Qualify leads to ensure

alignment with the company's ideal customer profile.

 Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored

to the needs of prospective clients. Articulate the value proposition of the company's products

or services effectively.

 Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure deals and contracts.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while ensuring profitability and

customer satisfaction.

 Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and

industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify business opportunities and adjust sales

strategies accordingly.

 Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product

development, and customer service to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment in delivering

value to clients.

 Metrics and Reporting: Track sales metrics and report on sales activities, progress

against targets, and market feedback. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and

improve performance.
