We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling solar products and services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy sector, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop Sales Strategies: Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth. Explore potential markets and segments for expansion.
