What we are looking for :

B2B sales, Corporate sales, Retail Sales, Field Sales Executives

Franchise Sales

Candidate will be responsible for :

Sell franchise of Company's Salon & Spa Brand

Work with the central marketing team to execute campaigns for lead generation

Conduct local events to create awareness of our business model and attract franchise partners

Manage the lead funnel using and constantly improve the conversion rates

Manage referral programs to get more leads through local influencers and networks

Partner with the store launch teams to ensure successful launches of new stores

EQ : BBA/BBM/Marketing or equivalent / Any Graduate
