Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business development initiatives for our range of crockery, cutlery, tableware, and glassware products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory or market segment.

2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the crockery, cutlery, tableware, and glassware industry.

3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and achieve sales objectives.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, event planners, and other relevant businesses.

5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

6. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.

7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals.

8. Track and analyse sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market share.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
