Job Description / Responsibilities :
Maintain the enquiry log.
Follow up the quotes sent (in consultation with Sales incharge).
Coordinate with Partners for quotes.
Act and communicate with all teams involved post sales confirmation, includes:
Project definition to operation team.
Introduce and connect Vedam’s operations team to client.
Project definition to accounts team with Project analysis sheet.
For projects involving partners-
Send project confirmation.
Raise PO request as per SOP and issue PO.
Connect the partner team to Vedam’s operations team.
Raise invoice request as per the payment terms in the quote.
Follow up Operation team for project status and raise invoice request based on progress for the next stage/final.
Follow up customer for payments (post invoice submissions) and coordinate with accounts team for SOA of customers.
Log and maintain partner PO, Invoices and payments as per SOP.
Get customer feedback (as per SOP) after project completion.
Support BD team in the required tasks and monthly sales report preparation.
Qualification :
Bachelors in or BBA or BMS with 1 to 2 years experience.
Desired profile of the candidate :
Graduate (BBA/BMS/B Comm. candidates) with on-hand experience with BD coordination related activities.
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Good presentation & CRM skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
