Job Description:
As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality coffee and service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe, and providing outstanding customer service.
Job Requirements:
Passion for Coffee: A deep appreciation for coffee and its various forms is essential. Baristas should be genuinely enthusiastic about creating exceptional coffee experiences for customers.
Previous Experience: While prior experience is not mandatory, a background in coffee preparation or a similar customer service role is advantageous.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Baristas should be friendly, approachable, and capable of providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Attention to Detail: Baristas must pay close attention to details to ensure consistency in the quality of beverages and presentation.
Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Multi-tasking: Baristas will often need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.
Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours, is important.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Baristas must adhere to strict hygiene standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is preferred, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
