We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be the heart and soul of our coffee shop, creating and serving exceptional coffee and beverages while providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Coffee Preparation: Skillfully prepare and craft a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries and special requests.
Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our coffee menu, including coffee blends, brewing methods, and ingredient combinations.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the coffee shop, including the service area, equipment, and seating areas.
Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments and handle cash transactions in compliance with company policies.
Inventory Management: Monitor and restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.
Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
Passion for Coffee: A genuine passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering a remarkable coffee experience to customers.
Experience: Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to undergo training if required.
Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
