Job Profile: Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in line with the company��s standards. Engage with customers, take orders, and handle payments. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining beverage quality.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to meet company recipes and quality standards
2. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with proficiency and care
3. Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
4. Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and order-taking
5. Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
6. Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
7. Support team in promoting daily specials and new items
Required Skills:
1. Proficient in coffee-making techniques (espresso, latte art, etc.)
2. Basic knowledge of F&B safety and sanitation standards
