Roles and Responsibilities for Banquet Manager:
Discuss with guests regarding arrangements and rate negotiations wherever applicable. Consulting Director of F&B regarding VIP functions is aware of annual budgets both operating and expenditure for the department and ensure that these are met. Keeping track of the days functions and the relevant set up asked by the guests
Roles and Responsibilities for Banquet Coordinator:
Under the guidelines of the F&B Manager to sell available Banquets Venues for conferences, exhibitions, meetings and receptions with a view to promote Food & Beverage and room revenue. Desired Candidate Profile Should has knowledge of Banquets
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Interview Time: Monday To Saturday Between 12 To Pm.
