Roles and Responsibilities:
• To ensure the fraud exposure & loss is minimized by identifying the fraud at the earliest
• Handling the Alerts as per the Guidelines*
• Interaction with Customer has to be carried-out as per the Talk-Off * in Polite & Soft Manner
• Get the complete details updated in the system for all Identified frauds.
• Once fraud is Identified the required process has to be followed as per the post fraud Identification Guidelines.
• To ensure that the frauds are Identified at the first attempt.
• Proactive Identification of the suspected compromised cards/accounts and to initiate necessary action to prevent fraudulent attempts
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should be Graduate fresher or experienced (preferred)
• Should be able to work in Rotational shifts and night shift. This is a 24X7 unit and hence should be able to work during holidays as well.
• Should have good communication skill. Candidates knowing Hindi will be given additional preference.
