Roles and Responsibilities:
To ensure the fraud exposure & loss is minimized by identifying the fraud at the earliest
Handling the Alerts as per the Guidelines*
Interaction with Customer has to be carried-out as per the Talk-Off * in Polite & Soft Manner
Get the complete details updated in the system for all Identified frauds.
Once fraud is Identified the required process has to be followed as per the post fraud Identification Guidelines.
To ensure that the frauds are Identified at the first attempt.
Proactive Identification of the suspected compromised cards/accounts and to initiate necessary action to prevent fraudulent attempts
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be Graduate fresher or experienced (preferred)
Should be able to work in Rotational shifts and night shift. This is a 24X7 unit and hence should be able to work during holidays as well.
Should have good communication skill. Candidates knowing Hindi will be given additional preference.
