Job Purpose
The Sales Officer for Gold Loan is a customer-facing professional responsible for sourcing Gold Loan customers from the open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references. The officer will also work closely with the branches to convert branch leads for the Gold Loan business.
Key Accountabilities
• Conduct daily marketing activities in the open market to generate leads.
• Follow up on and convert branch leads.
• Convert leads to logins.
• Achieve assigned monthly productivity targets.
• Source a quality portfolio.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Achieve allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers and value on a daily basis.
• Map the assigned area to identify its potential.
• Create activity-based leads to acquire NTB (New to Bank) customers.
• Log daily leads into the lead management system.
• Meet a minimum of 10 new customers daily and record the DSR (Daily Sale Report) both digitally and physically.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by coordinating with branch staff.
• Educate customers about scheme details, interest servicing, and renewals.
• Maintain a diary and keep appointments and dates promptly.
• Understand products and industry practices and trends to suggest necessary system/process changes to the respective verticals.

Age, Educational & Experience Requirements
• Age: 22 to 35 years
• Educational Qualification: Graduate
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year of Gold Loan/Sales experience
