About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a CASA Sales Officer. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in acquiring new customers and growing our Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) deposits. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including market visits, referrals, and telemarketing.
Sales and Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend appropriate CA and SA products.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional banking products and services to existing customers.
Account Opening and Documentation: Assist customers with opening new accounts and completing necessary documentation.
Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets for both new accounts and deposit growth.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Compliance: Adhere to all bank regulations and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a personal bike or scooty is mandatory.
Fluency in local language and English.
