Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Proactively engage with customers to identify their financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
Branch Operations:
Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations, including cash handling, account opening, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Supervise and train branch staff to maintain operational efficiency and service standards.
Business Development:
Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Axis Bank products to existing and potential customers.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the bank's visibility and attract new business.
Team Management:
Provide guidance and support to branch staff to enhance their performance and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
