Manage Assign Branches, Collaborates with the Objective to Support & Contribute to Partner Bank Strategy, Achieve Operations Excellence, Maintain Customer Parameter & Help Build the Channel Within the Company Guidelines and Achieve Business Targets .

key Responsibilities:-

relationship Management with the Axis Cluster Acquisition Head, Sales Managers and Branch Heads. with the Advent of Liability Sales Structure Relationship Management with the Above Constituents in Order to Achieve Business Targets and Builds a Progressive Partnership with the Bank. this Should Be Done in Complete Co-ordination with Existing Branch Banking Structure.

provide Inputs to the Regional Acquisition Head and Make Plans for Achievement in Order to Support and Contribute to Partner Bank Strategy.

maintain Customer Parameter: Persistency, Leakage and Grievance Incidence Rate.

Co-create and Implement Recognition Platforms in Order to Build a Capable and Motivated Team in the Partner Bank Resources.

liaise with Training Team and Circle Trainer, Ensuring Product Training Departed to all Sellers Including Partner Bank Resources.

daily Updates in Alignment with Partner Clusters of Focused Business Parameters-business Plan, Branch Seller Activation and Persistency and Thereby Tracking the Performance in all the Vectors.

ensuring Cluster/branch Visits to Optimize Performance and Enhance Relationship.

deploy and Monitor Implementation Specifically Bank Staff Contests/r&r in Order to Accelerate Revenue Generation with the Channel.
