Designation- Bancassurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Drive life insurance sales across designated bank branches through effective relationship management and branch activation.
Bank Partner Relationship: Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch managers and bank employees to enhance business generation.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Work closely with bank teams to identify customer needs, provide product solutions, and close sales through joint calls.
Training & Engagement: Conduct regular training and refresher sessions for bank staff on life insurance products, sales processes, and compliance.
Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets (premium, policy count, and lives covered).
Customer Service: Ensure smooth onboarding of customers, post-sale documentation, and prompt resolution of queries.
Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to company and regulatory policies. Maintain accurate MIS and share daily/weekly/monthly performance updates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales Targets (Annualized Premium, Policy Count)
Activation and Engagement of Bank Branches
Number of Joint Calls and Training Sessions
Persistency and Quality of Business
TAT in Proposal Submission and Issuance
Partner Bank Relationship Score (if applicable)
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
25 years of experience in Life Insurance, preferably in Bancassurance/Banking Channel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with partner teams and motivate them
Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel across assigned branches
