Job Description

The Bancassurance Officer will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products through bank channels. The role involves collaborating with bank staff to identify and develop potential customer opportunities, ensuring high conversion rates, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell insurance products (life, health, etc.) through bank branches.

Provide product knowledge and training to bank staff.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Cross-sell insurance products to bank clients.

Monitor and support the insurance process from application to policy issuance.
