About the Role:
Work closely with bank staff to identify customer needs, offer tailored life insurance solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our bancassurance partnerships, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers achieve financial security.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Target Achievement: Drive life insurance sales within assigned bank branches, meeting monthly and annual targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to foster trust and collaboration.
Customer Advisory and Support: Educate customers on product features, answer inquiries, and guide them through the onboarding process.
Training and Collaboration: Support bank staff by providing product knowledge and sales training.
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
1+ years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients
Results-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
