Consultant BAMS degree:
At Zemé we are building a new category in the haircare space - that of fresh, chemical-free products, by tapping into the repertoire of traditional recipes that have existed in Indian households for generations. Know out more about us & our story on zeme fresh.
We are an early-stage startup, founded by a partner of a VC fund that has backed companies like Sugar Cosmetics, Sharechat & iimjobs. We ourselves are backed by credible investors who believe in our vision of making natural home remedies available to every household in India.
We are now looking for rockstar people who will be our front-runners in getting potential customers come onboard for their natural haircare journey!
Responsibilities of this role:
• Creating business opportunities from new and existing customers
• Leads qualification & management
• Handling new customer enquiries (through calls & chats)
• Converting those enquiries into sales through consultative selling
• Tracking & managing sales data in the CRM system
• Meeting (and exceeding!) consultation targets
Skills Required:
• Good command over written and verbal English & Hindi
• Ability to communicate effectively - actively listen to & understand customer needs, have clarity of speech, handle customers with empathy
• Amazing sales oriented attitude - the kind who can sell ice to an Eskimo! :)
• Good understanding of etiquette for written communication - especially on chat
• BAMS degree
