1. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, Rusk, bread, Bun etc.

2. Mass production of cakes and bakery products.

3. Forecasted to minimize under or overproduction of bakery products.

4. Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating.

5. Set oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking.

6. Maintained records, and logs of hourly temperature checks of oven, proofer, and cooler control panels.

7. Checked the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met.

8. Recipes must be followed to ensure consistently high-quality products.

9. Performed hourly sample checks of food products, relating to weight, the color of the product, internal temperature, and height of the product.

10. Food safety standards must be met at all times.
