Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination. They will also assist with eCommerce operations and process improvements, working across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage order processing, shipping, and inventory.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for restocking.

Assist in optimizing online listings and eCommerce operations.

Handle customer inquiries related to orders and shipping.

Monitor key operational metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in operations or logistics.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Amazon preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred:

Experience with inventory management tools or ERP systems.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
