Providing support to underwriters and agency

Follow established procedures & guidelines for processing of approvals

Investigate and resolve customer/agency/underwriters queries

Calculating premium impact of the approval and report out

Communicating with customers through email & Web service

Manage to work on different software and manage data effectively

Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read, understand and follow the procedures.

Maintaining a customer database

Maintain a record of and work report as required.

Ready to learn new things on continuous basis

Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
