Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in , MongoDB, AWS, and experience in designing and implementing large scale systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and robust backend services and APIs.

Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.

Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement security and data protection.

Design and implement data storage solutions.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Provide training and support to internal teams.

Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

Implement performance and quality modules.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Stay up-to-date with current best practices.

Conduct UI tests and optimize performance.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and system administrators.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Backend Developer or similar role for 7+ years.

In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).

Hands-on experience with programming languages like JavaScript (), and Python.

Working knowledge of CMS framework.

Familiarity with front-end languages (. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS).

Excellent analytical and time management skills.

Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.

BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS services and server management.

Experience with algorithms, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
