This position is work from home, although the company will be incorporated in Pune, and offices might be set there in the future.

Work is 5 days a week 9 hours, Saturday is a day off, and you get to choose your own day off as well.

On top of the fixed salary, there is an incentive program that shares profits directly with the developers team, the better the product is, and the longer you stay in the company, the more you earn.

The company aims to create software based on demand in Israel, Development is in India, marketing is in Israel.
