Qualification:

 BE / B Tech / MCA / MSc / ME / M Tech

 Certificate Courses in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Web Services, SQL from Universities or reputed Institutions

Skill / Experience

 8+ years of experience as a Back-end developer

 3+ years of experience in developing Enterprise Architecture frameworks that align strategy, processes, and IT assets with business goals for large enterprise/public sector/government entities

 12+ years of experience in enterprise software development in a highly technical and analytical role

Primary Skills:

 Strong knowledge of Java, Java based frameworks like Spring, Multithreading, JDBC, servlets, JSP, TCP/IP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, security, encryption, open source, web development, web services, web protocols

 Writing SQL statements in PostgreSQL

 Proficient writing automated unit and functional tests

 Proficient with Git source control and effective branching and release management practices

 Experience in Messaging systems like KAFKA, AMQ, JMS or similar framework

 Develop scripts to automate the CI/CD pipeline for deployments of customer facing JAVA applications.

Secondary Skills:

 Modern web development tools including JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS / React JS and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap

Responsibilities

 Work with the Agile team to clarify the new products and features requested by the Product team

 Collaborate with other developers to design and implement the required solutions

 Delivery of both POC and targeted features

 Understand and apply our technical architecture to ensure consistent, reliable, and secure deployments.

 Enhance and maintain existing product capabilities

 Participate in formal and informal code reviews to ensure code quality

 Actively contribute to the automated test suite to enable continuous integration

 Assist with application deployments in State Data Centre / Cloud environment
