- As part of Cynepia Technologies, you will work on different parts of our stack and build smart features to improve the user experience of understanding its data better.
Ideal Candidate must possess an understanding of the following :
1. Someone who has been working for a fast-paced started environment in the capacity as an individual contributor and is focused on understanding user problems and arriving at product solutions that address the same.
2. Proficient with Python applications framework including Django, Pyramid and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy
3. Exposure of data preparation, in-memory analytics and machine learning libraries such as pandas, apache-spark, sci-kit learn, numpy etc.
4. Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
5. Understand and write code that adheres to and ensures serviceability, performance, reliability, availability and scalability of the architecture in a large enterprise
6. Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
7. Prior Experience working with building enterprise data products in a fast-paced startup environment desired.
8. Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Great oral and written communication and hunger to create and build is not negotiable.
10. Strong customer interaction, management and organizational skills.
