Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced back office executive to join our busy back office team. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing etc.

Answer questions and address complaints

Receive letters, packages etc.

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Check, sort and forward emails

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Keep updated records and files

Monitor office expenses and costs

Assisting and coordinating with the project team.

Assisting with inventory control.

Assisting and supporting management.
