Back Office Executive Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform managerial and administrative duties to support the operations in the back office of the company
Gather, manage, and organize the company��s data
Monitor and manage payroll, accounting, human resources, and other activities
Prepare financial reports and oversee payables and receivables
Manage and schedule meetings, events, appointments, travel arrangements, etc
Perform market research and analyze research data
Manage the company��s finances by creating invoices, writing checks and bills, issuing receipts, etc
Oversee project timelines and ensure the smooth execution of all back-office activities
Perform administrative tasks such as printing, sending emails, answering phone calls, and ordering supplies
Review and implement office systems, procedures, and policies
Develop and manage reports, statistics, and presentations
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of back-office processes and procedures
Back Office Executive Requirements:
Bachelor��s degree in business management, business administration, accounting, or a related field
Prior working experience in an office environment
��Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office tools and applications
Familiarity with CRM platforms and accounting software
Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and recordkeeping
Familiarity with market research and analytical techniques
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication
