Key responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.
Assist in drafting and processing sales orders, purchase orders, and service agreements.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing.
2. Client Coordination:
Follow up on client inquiries, quotes, and orders to ensure timely responses and smooth transactions.
Maintain positive client relationships through regular updates and communication.
Handle incoming calls/emails related to sales queries and provide necessary support.
3. Order Management:
Process orders and ensure all required AV equipment and materials are available for projects.
Track order status, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage procurement and stock levels.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, client communications, and project documentation.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Ensure all sales data is accurately entered and updated in CRM/ERP systems.
5. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
