Job description:
The back office support team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. As a member of the back office team, your responsibilities include:
Accurately inputting and updating data into company databases or software systems.
Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files.
Providing administrative assistance to various departments within the organization.
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Processing and verifying documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Ensuring all documents are properly filed and archived.
Job roles and responsibilities:
A. Making cost sheets
B. After approval on costing making quotations using ERP software
C. Follow up for orders
D. Execution of orders
E. Payment follow up
Qualification:
/MBA
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
