key responsibilities:

- maintain and update client details.

- oversee backend processes and handle documentation.

- address and resolve client queries via email and phone.

- prepare and compare quotations for clients.

- perform data updates and handle mailing and scanning tasks.

- participate in training sessions and stay updated with best practices.

qualifications:

- educational background: b. com / bba / mba.

- experience: 1-3 years in the banking, financial services, and insurance (bfsi) sector.

- must be well-versed in mutual funds.

- strong verbal and written communication skills in english.
