Job Opportunity: Back Office Operations

Job Location : Ambala / panchkula

Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates to join our back office operations team. The role involves closing customer complaints using operational tools and executing necessary actions to resolve issues efficiently.

Salary Range: based on experience

Training Details:

Duration: 3 weeks

Stipend during training: yes

Eligibility Criteria for Business Associate Role:

Educational Qualification:

Graduation in any field or a 3-year diploma after 12th standard

Experience:

Open to freshers and experienced professionals from call center, banking, or telecom sectors

Skills Required:

Good written communication skills in English

Proficiency in both Hindi and English (verbal communication)

Typing speed of 2530 words per minute

Typing accuracy of 85% or above

Shift Details:

Male Candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs

Female Candidates: 9-hour rotational shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM
