Job Description

**Back Office Assistant**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our back-office functions.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Data Entry:** Accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and systems.

2. **Documentation:** Manage and organize paperwork, ensuring documents are filed appropriately.

3. **Communication:** Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed.

4. **Record Keeping:** Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

5. **Coordination:** Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

6. **Administrative Support:** Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and office organization.

7. **Report Generation:** Compile and generate reports as required, summarizing key information for management.

8. **Quality Checks:** Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

**Requirements:**

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.

- Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred.
