1. Message docket details to customer and call them when shown received.
2. Update pm list and share with Manager every Month.
3. Make Pkg list as per SALES ORDER / WORK ORDER if any Discrepancies mention in the Remarks.
4. Verify receipt note along with remarks & Update in RMA Sheet or In House Repair Sheet .
5. Learning and Implementing grow smart on daily basis.
6. PRE-installation site report verification and communication with customer likewise.
7. Follow up calls for standby return or faulty return.
8. Communicating with some initial customers or premium customers for routine checkup of equipment supplied, and if any extra accessories or anything required.
9. Ensure video is taken of anything which is going to be dispatched through Service Engineer and keep a record of it.
10. Ensure engineer visiting any site for PM must be provided with packing list of our equipment.
11. Ensure mail is sent to Communicating Person (at Client) before and after visit of engineer at Field Site.
12. Collection and filing of Installation/Service & Demo Reports
13. All Service Call Register maintained in GROWSMART & Sheet daily.
14. Maintaining Short Supply list against the Sales Order
15. Update & Maintain SITE Maintenance Sheet.
16. Update & Maintain field engineer Daily Task Sheet.
17. Generate & Share Service Call ID With Field Engineer.
18. Update & Maintain Customer Success Department Report Sheet.
