Job Brief:
We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant to CEO & Staffing Coordinator, who act as the initial screener in the hiring process and maintain appropriate staffing for optimal efficiency also he should be a people person, positive and outgoing, have a keen eye for detail, understanding of the business, and possess strong collaborative and administrative skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Lead Recruiter, manage multiple aspects of the recruiting lifecycle, including: job postings, sourcing, screening resumes to the hiring managers requirements, scheduling interviews, following up with and collecting feedback from candidates and interviewers.
Build internal relationships and drive awareness for generating referrals throughout the company.
Review and understand technical job requirements
Interact with various levels of candidates, Human Resources and managers to schedule interviews in Outlook.
Collaborate with and update recruiting team and hiring managers as necessary.
Receives communication from a facility on the selected candidate.
Create and maintain a strong network in the technical and business community.
Submitting highly qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
Interfaces with internal resources and outside vendors regarding all pre-employment requirements. Generate internal and external offer letters.
Accountable for accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and to ensure a positive candidate experience
Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
2-3 years in Human Resources/Staffing/Recruiting is preferred.
Bachelors degree, (Eng-Hons) preferred.
Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
