Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

Back Office Executive Responsibilities:

· Performing basic duties including printing, sending emails etc

· Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.

· File documentation

· Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

· Coordinated with suppliers, Clients, customers and colleagues

Back Office Executive Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Previous work experience as an Office Executive.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

· Presentable appearance.

· Working knowledge
