JOB DESCRIPTION BACK OFFICE

1. Verify and check the documents for Login.

2. Collect Document and Login file in Processing Loan.

3. Solve all type of Issues and help client disburse their loan on committed timeline.

4. Communicate the reasons for Rejection to the customer.

5. of File Login, follow-up of files , Reasons of Rejection of file , files Disburse

6. Coordinating with credit team (banks ) for solving the queries of login, sanctioning & Disbursement
