UsetoPay is a leading digital banking solutions provider, offering services like AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, mobile recharge, and more. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Back Office Executive to join us!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily back-office operations efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and data management.
Assist in processing transactions, including AEPS and DMT services.
Coordinate with the front-office team to ensure smooth customer service.
Prepare reports and handle documentation related to UsetoPay services.
Manage inventory, invoices, and payments as per company procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Proven experience in a similar back-office role is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Upto 45,000 per month
