Job Responsibilities:
i)Handling back-office tasks such as data entry, document verification, and record maintenance.
ii) Preparing and sending offers to clients/customers as per company policies.
iii) Managing emails, correspondence, and internal communication.
iv) Coordinating with different departments for smooth workflow.
v) Maintaining and updating databases, reports, and spreadsheets.
vi) Assisting in administrative work and supporting the sales/HR team.
vii)Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all documents and processes.
Following up with clients regarding offer acceptance and documentation
Required Skills:
i) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
ii) Good communication and coordination skills.
iii) Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
iv) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
