Description

Proposed Duties & Responsibilities:

To act as backend support to Frontline Manager from order booking to finished goods dispatch.

Daily dispatch update to customer

Prepare Overdue Statement and sent reminder to customer for delay in payments

Prepare Customer Delivery Performance Report

GIT Report to Accounts

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Dispatch and Maintain Data of Sample.

Coordinate with internal department and for creation of Customer code.

To deal with customer queries.

NOTE :

Industry preferred- Carbon Black, Chemical, Paint, Tyre
